Tumbarrancho arepas are one of the most original, creative and caloric breakfasts or dinners in Maracaibo. They are also usually served as dinner. It consists of a battered arepa filled with various ingredients; today's recipe is the most popular, known as “Tumbarrancho with Fried Cheese”.
