Tuna salad recipe on toast

A healthy, easy recipe for a fresh tuna salad on toast. You can hardly call it a recipe, because you just have to cut and mix a bit. Simple but so delicious! Even if you want to lose weight, you can enjoy this delicious lunch.

For 2 people (4 slices of bread) you need:

  1. 1 tablespoon of fries sauce (the 50% less fat variant)
  2. 1 tablespoon of good olive oil
  3. half a tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce
  4. a pinch of garlic or some garlic powder
  5. fat. some pepper
  6. 1 can of tuna in water
  7. 1 pickle
  8. 1 small apple
  9. a shallot or half an onion
  10. 4 whole wheat sandwiches
  11. 2 hands of arugula or other lettuce
