2. Het lijkt me ook beter wat bloem aan de kant te houden om je werkblad werkbaar te houden.
3. De suiker en de gist roer ik toch even door met een garde (fouet) om een egale massa te krijgen.
4. Misschien iets meer droge gist, want het rijzen gaat moeizaam en het brood is niet luchtig genoeg.
5. Zout werkt de kracht van de gist tegen, zou het niet beter zijn dit te doen bij het toevoegen van de rest van de bloem?
6. Dek de kom 30 minuten af. Is het niet aangeraden dit te doen met een licht vochtige verse keukendoek?
