Diagram Editors in the hands of its editor Soledad Mendoza honors and recognizes architectural values, from the headquarters of the country's main house of higher education.

The University City of Caracas was declared on December 2, 2001 by UNESCO as a National Historical Monument by the National Protection and Conservative Board of the Nation's Historical and Artistic Heritage.
In 1943 by President Isaías Medina Angarita, assigned master Carlos Raúl Villanueva to build the University City which was built largely under the government of General Marcos Pérez Jiménez.
