To prevent noise pollution, there are so-called noise regulations. These are mentioned in various laws, such as the Wet General Provisions Environmental Law (Wabo) and the Noise Noise Noise Act. In the Netherlands, this industrial noise includes: insofar as it relates to zoned industrial sites, road traffic noise: construction of houses along roads (not for 30 km/h), construction/modification of roads (not for major roads and 30 km/h roads), railway noise: construction of dwellings along railways, construction/modification of secondary railways (not the main railway network).

It is good that the rules they established are observed, although unfortunately where I come from none of that is met, they usually throw late parties in the houses regardless of whether you are sleeping or something.

I have those neighbors who have a big party every weekend with music and screams and stuff, and unfortunately they don't do anything about it. My kids can't go to bed at a normal time on weekends. All of these things I knew ideally that you share it with us.
