Upcycling crafts - hip storage
Do not throw away an empty plastic yogurt bucket, bottle or bowl anymore, but pimp them into trendy storage! It is of course good for the environment to reuse as much plastic as possible. With a little care and a little creativity, they become beautiful, indestructible storage trays that can also be hung and portable thanks to the handles. Ideal for storing everything, from small to large possible and quite easy to make!

Method:
- Soak the labels from the plastic and scrub off the prints with abrasive.
- Then cut off the thick edge of the bucket with sturdy scissors
- Make holes in the edge with a hand punch, hole sponge, perforator, hand drill or possibly a dremel or wood burner. Make sure that a crochet hook fits through the hole
- These packaging are first painted with gesso (primer), then the Inka Gold from Viva Decor covers perfectly!
- The beautiful Inka Gold is a paste, (metallic wax on beeswax basis) and dries within seconds.l!
- Now you can hook the tops with leftovers of wool or cotton
- Work with a simple crochet stitch through the row of holes around the bucket: 6x round with the stitchfixed
- Finish last round withhalf-solid
