Vacation or free of course?

The spring break in primary education in this part of the country has begun. Students don't have lessons for a week.

Around me, teachers are ready or still busy analyzing the tests. After analyzing it's time to make plans. What am I going to do for children who still have gaps in the learning line, how do I challenge students? What goals do I want the children to achieve? The stress increases for some, they don't want to do anything in their holiday, so it has to be reduced. Then only half. Work.
To then start again “half” after the holiday.
I also see teachers who are less concerned. During the holidays, they have plenty of time to prepare themselves well, so that they can prepare and start relaxed after the holiday.

Every time I'm amazed about it. Is vacation also a holiday for teachers or do you have free days that you can use in any place to prepare the next period? What would be more relaxing? #Werkdrukbeleving
