#vegan Hello friends, today I want to share with you one of the principles of the church I attend and that is vegan food, not only because it is excellent for our physical health, but also contributes to our mental and spiritual well-being. And although I am in the process of taking on being vegan, today I want to share with you some benefits of this excellent lifestyle, since it contributed from improving our immune system, to the wide variety of benefits for physical, mental and spiritual health
The first thing to assume is that there are differences between being vegan and being a vegetarian. Being vegan is more of a lifestyle and there are incredible vegan diet plans to improve our health. Among those incredible benefits we have:

Nutritional studies show that vegan diets, when followed correctly, tend to contain more fiber, antioxidants, potassium, magnesium, and vitamins A, C, and E. That they provide essential nutrients, but that by not eating meat, it is vital and important that we continue to consume all the correct amounts of protein provided by grains and other vegetables.
