Ingredients:

  • 100g oat flakes
  • 200ml plant-based milk (such as almond milk or oat milk)
  • 30g seeds (such as chia seeds or sunflower seeds)
  • 50g dried fruit (such as raisins or dried apricots)

Preparation method:

  1. Put the oat flakes in a bowl.
  2. Add the plant-based milk and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle the seeds on top for extra crunch.
