#vegan   According to research, science says: vegans live longer than carnivores

The study suggests that those who want to live better should increase their consumption of fruits, vegetables and legumes. A study suggested that carnivores are not the healthiest people in the world like, but vegans who live longer and will be able to survive anything.

This study revealed that due to the low level of fat, as well as the high number of antioxidants and/or carotenoids, that vegans have, this helps prevent several diseases such as cancer, heart disease and blood pressure, compared to those who consume meat and are usually more likely to get sick.

When investigating the daily intake of 840 people through five different diets, they were able to observe the results. Information was collected from people who have various eating habits such as: non-vegetarians, vegans, dairy eggs vegetarians, fish-vegetarians and semi-vegans, who eat meat only once a week.
