There are points with which I differ. There are things that are relative. I'm a vegetarian, I don't eat any kind of meat. And I don't know one or two octogenarian vegans and vegetarians, but many, who are in perfect health.

We have no risk of excess calcium, which is in fact a myth, because every human parathyroid gland provides us with the right amount of RDA on a daily basis. Because excess calcium, by the way, is very harmful to human health.
We, as a vegan, need to provide supplemental vitamins, but most vegans are aware of that.

We've gone vegan because the crap in the animals causes people to suffer diseases. Secondly, because millions of animals are not used, treated and seen as animals, but simply as a product. Thirdly, for the sake of global animal suffering and finally as a fourth point because of the environmental and environmental carbon footprint. The livestock is the biggest polluter of hatchings, indisputable.
@Marc De Bisschop wow you are very right in your arguments. I do not particularly eat meats very little I do it in my country it is very expensive to lead a vegan or vegetarian life that I like very much I love vegetables and especially greens
