Venezuelan Caps

#Recipe Cachapas are a typical dish of Venezuela, Ecuador, Colombia and Costa Rica, resemble a pancake but are made from ground corn, water or milk, oil, sugar and salt.

They are usually stuffed with white cheese, fried pork, milled meat or chicken, although they are also eaten alone with a brushstroke of butter. In other countries it is known as jorreada, corn arepas and tortillas de chocos.

This venezuelan cachapa recipe is easy to prepare, you can buy the cobs and peel them or use frozen corn or in cans.

ingredients

* 2 cups of corn
* 1 cup water or milk
* 2 tablespoons butter
*2 eggs
* 4 tablespoons of sugar
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 4 tablespoons of corn flour
* 500 g of hand cheese or mozzarella.
Preparation
In a blender or processor are poured corn kernels along with sugar and salt add milk or water and then pre-melted butter and eggs.
