Venezuelan Crusade

#recipe The famous Venezuelan crusader, is a traditional soup from the Venezuelan plains, but that is consumed throughout the country. It consists of a boil of beef or pork and chicken with vegetables. The taste of this soup is delicious and serves as a restorative.
ingredients
500 g of beef in pieces
500 gr of chicken (breasts and thighs)
2 onions, finely chopped
1 tomato, cut into cubes
6 chopped sweet peppers
1 paprika, cut into cubes
6 cloves of garlic
2 white ocumos
3 potatoes
2 celery
1 yam
500 gr of yucca
400 g of auyama
2 jojotos
1 banana
1 branch of celery Spain
1 branch of fresh cilantro
1 branch of fresh peppermint
Onoto oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
1. Peel and cut into pieces the ocumo, celery, yams, yucca, auyama and banana. Book.
2. Take a pot to the fire and make a sofrito with onion, sweet pepper, paprika and tomato.
3. Add the beef and chicken, stir with the sofrito to integrate flavors. Add water, celery Spain, cilantro, jojoto and season with salt and pepper. Let it boil for 30 minutes.
4. Add celery, yam, ocumo, yucca, auyama and banana. Let it cook until the vegetables soften. Add the coriander and peppermint branches, and, rectify the taste.
5. Serve hot and sprinkle chopped cilantro on top.
