#verjaardag

It was supposed to be a beautiful day. But it went completely different.
Felled by the flu.
I was on the couch.
Tears rolled over my cheeks.
Handkerchiefs full of moisture.
If I wanted to do something, my body protested, it seemed like I had to take the power out of my toes. So I gave up on that.
But lying on the couch I came to beautiful insights and ideas.
Sometimes you are forced by your body to rest.
And that gives you a different look at things
And you come up with ideas you wouldn't have otherwise. #griep #verjaardag #ideen
