Een tijdje geleden zag ik een opmerking over foto's van broodjes pindakaas hier op Yoors. Toen dacht ik: dat moet toch ook leuk kunnen, zo'n broodje pindakaas? Daarom bedacht ik vanmorgen dit vrolijke broodje pindakaas. Gewoon, voor de fun en omdat het kan. :-) Normaal gesproken eet ik een broodje pindakaas óf met sambal óf met komkommer, maar nu kwam ik erachter dat het samen ook goed te doen is. Dat zwakt de sambal een beetje af, maar geeft wel een frisse bite. Zo, dan kan ik nu weer terug naar het schrijven van langere blogs. ;-)
