Toen ik nog in Nederland woonde heb ik als looptraining verscheidene malen van Scheveningen naar Hoek van Holland gerend over het strand langs de branding, een afstand van ongever 10 EM / 16km.

Prachtig. In verleden vooral zandvoort Noordwijk en uiteraard Texel gelopen. Hoop nog dit jaar een slufterwandeling te kunnen maken, maar heb helaas geen goede benen.
