I usually use my legs in The Hague. Just recently with my memorable participation in the City-Pier-City #BeInspired right through my domicile. The next day, we left by plane to cozy and sun-drenched Greece, Zakynthos, more specifically. Take a break from all the worries, with tropical temperatures and time to myself as a side effect. Greedily, one four-legged friend licked salty sweat from my bare legs and another looked at my hamstrings bite-ready. The third provided the barking guidance that made me go through at a walking pace until the flea balls grumbled gently goodbye and wagged back into their loft.

The route down went a lot more smoothly; just had to be careful not to end up headlong at the foot of the mountain, which I should have looked up to as such before. With a fluid loss of more than a liter, I don't thirst to schedule another workout the next day, of which I've noticed.
