When reading a challenge, you quickly think you're being challenged, but this one's different. Well, I like different, so...
But what exactly am I telling you here? What I have never done before and would like? Or, what thank God I have never done and would never want? Or... my silent secretly wishes...
1. I have never tied the laces of my mother's shoes.
Ido the laces of my children's shoes, and other people's children, and even the laces of my husband's shoes. For my husband I like to get on my knees, simply because he regularly does that for me. In his case, even literally and figuratively. But if I want and can go that far for my mother, I don't know.Â
2. I have never washed my mother's back before. I have the backs of my children, not those of other people's offspring, but my husband's. The latter actually almost daily nowadays. But my mother... not yet.Â
