Good intentions. We make them all every year. Looking back to the past year, we see the year pass by and we always get a lot of energy to do things differently in the new year, but also to do new things.
We will try to plan these new things or existing things in our new year to tackle or realize them.
Making plans is one thing and that often works. Persisting is often a lot harder and even to get started.
How is it that some things still remain a struggle to tackle or maintain it? This has to do with discipline, but the step you want to take is also sometimes too big. Then see if you might be able to do it in a smaller step. Make your goals smaller so they are achievable.
Every year, there are fixed topics that always come up in our good intentions, which are often more exercise, exercise, eat healthy and lose weight. But there are other topics that will also be frequently mentioned in 2023.
