What Are the Symptoms of Anxiety Attacks?

To begin with, what exactly is an Anxiety Attack?

We have probably seen or experienced this before. It is not a pleasant experience to go through, and it is far from the truth. This attack can be one of the most difficult times for us - and not in the best way!

This type of attack is actually an episode or a period in which we may go through intense and intense fear, panic, or anxiety. Millions suffer from this daily.

For those of us who have experienced it, already know that the above makes it sound easy and almost trivial, but it is nowhere near to describing the experience.

Now, What Are the Symptoms of Anxiety Disorders?

Symptoms can be divided into different categories. There are Physical, Emotional, and Real Attack Symptoms that may include the first two mentioned again.

Physical symptoms may include sweating, increased heart rate, headache, fatigue, shortness of breath, and more.

Emotional symptoms can include feelings of total abandonment, irritability, constant danger, a feeling of empty or lost consciousness, and more.

The Real Attack contains some of the above for each category as well as Strong Fear, Feelings of Inadequacy, chest pain, loss of self-control, and we may feel like we are about to faint.

Sounds fun doesn't it? Obviously not, yet - this affects a lot of people. It can make us stay in our homes for fear of getting out, avoiding activities with friends and family who once had a time of joy and happiness.
