What helps with damaged nails?!
Some people would like to #gezonde #nagels . I can say from my own experience that this is not always easy. I have already grabbed the only solution many times (in my head); fake nails. When I was a little younger, they were just those simple sticky nails. You can buy it at the drugstore. When I got older, I wanted acrylic or gel. Well, trust me, your nails are literally dying. Not if the fake nails are on them, but if you have them removed, you have a high chance of getting a damaged nail. At least, that's my experience. Also I personally find it best a spending. Besides that, I personally don't think it's worth the fact that your nails are very damaging and becoming more fragile. What's the solution now? Here are my tips!
No fake nails
It looks like an open door, but I've stopped using fake nails now. Since I can be quite impulsive, it sometimes happens that I do it anyway, because honestly, it can look very beautiful. But is it healthy? No. I don't think so. So my number one tip for keeping your own nails healthy is: Don't take fake nails. Now I do not want to say that fake nails are so bad, you should never take it, but my experience is just that if I took them, my nails deteriorated again.
Care products
There are certain products that can well help in caring for and strengthening your nails. The Trind brand helps me with this! I share what I use here, but this doesn't mean that you should do it exactly the same.

I apply the Trind Cuticle Balsam to my cuticles. Let this retract for a while and then massage in. It is a good alternative to a cuticle oil, because this balsam does not remain greasy. It pulls so well into that nail polish, which you put on later, is no longer a problem. If your nails are too greasy, this is often the case.

Finally: Don't forget this!
Okay, so it's a matter of care and care, but don't remove your cuticles. This, on the contrary, provides protection. If they may not look so beautiful, taking care of them is the only thing they can improve in the long run.
