What I Will Eat This Week & Sauerkraut/sprout Dressing Recipe
I must say grocery shopping as a raw vegan is uhhh, different. You will (almost) spend your whole shopping trip in the vegetable/fruit aisle, which was so easy! When I first saw the quantity (which isn't everything yet), I was amazed by the amount of food that I am about to consume on a weekly basis. I'm a small eater so we'll see how that goes. I will be taking supplements since I don't want to do this on a dangerously low level of B12. I must say that I feel pretty motivated! I have been eating quite healthy lately and almost completely vegan as well. Eliminating cooked food out of my life will be my biggest struggle...

Today is my first day as a raw vegan. I went to the grocery store around 5PM and I have been munching on vegetable/fruit leftovers all day. I bought some ingredients that I never really tried before and I'm really excited about that! So for today, since dinner was my first interesting meal of the day, I'll be sharing the recipe of a raw vegan salad with a sauerkraut/sprout dressing.
