Both chives and wild garlic are my most favorite flavor and health bring when it comes to dishes. In hot or cold dishes, always delicious, most certainly the flowers are a winner.

Reducing hay fever symptoms ? I haven't noticed any of that yet. Chives grow in my vegetable garden, so it is regularly used here in the kitchen, but that it can remedy hay fever, we unfortunately do not benefit from that with three hay fever sufferers in the house .

I read that chives help prevent (chronic) fatigue. That certainly seems to me in the present day, where fatigue is a common effect of corona and vaccines against corona.
