Chives or pipe grass is both known as a vegetable and as a herb. It is part of the garlic vegetable and is closely related to garlic, leeks and onions. You can recognize chives by their long, slender grass stems and by their beautiful pink, white or purple flowers. It has a remarkably spicy scent and even has medicinal properties. In a tablespoon or three grams of chives, we mainly find:

Both chives and wild garlic are my most favorite flavor and health bring when it comes to dishes. In hot or cold dishes, always delicious, most certainly the flowers are a winner.

Reducing hay fever symptoms ? I haven't noticed any of that yet. Chives grow in my vegetable garden, so it is regularly used here in the kitchen, but that it can remedy hay fever, we unfortunately do not benefit from that with three hay fever sufferers in the house .
I like to apply chives to all my meals, it seems to me that there is not as tasty taste as onion and garlic give to food, not counting the vitamins they provide to the body your post is very complete this is the kind of information that I like to read here on yoors
And the chives flowers can also be eaten, they are delicious and also beautiful in salads or as a decoration on your plate. Chives do help out a lot of ailments when I read that way.
