What is Interpersonal Communication ?
Interpersonal communication refers to the practices and process of exchanging ideas and information shared between people. It is a powerful and important form of communication which may include series of symbols that emanate from the voice, gestures, facial expressions, and body language.
Effective interpersonal communication is basis on which relationships of business are built. Good communication between people is the motive for the action. interpersonal communication when done well turns ideas into actions.

1. By voice:
Whenever you speak or make a noise, you create verbal communication. In addition to the content, you say and the context in which it is used, oral communication also includes additional auditory features such as the voice. This refers to the way your voice rises and falls with your voice when you speak and may obscure the way words are translated.
2. listening:
Listening is also a form of interpersonal communication. And hearing is not voluntary and it is not easy while listening is focused and intended. Hearing is a spontaneous response due to the fact we have ears. Listening requires extra effort. It is meaningful and requires concentration to understand what the speaker is saying. Listening is understanding what other is trying to say and is highly important in business communication.
