What is kratom?
The leaves from the cretaceous plant are cut, dried, and ground into a fine powder which is then taken orally. Although some people are able to take the powder directly and then wash it off with a drink, it is much less intense to mix the powder in a drink with a strong drink. And many more are easy to swallow by mixing in recipes.
Leaves
The leaves of the Kreutum plant can be chewed and spit out like tobacco. Chewing the leaves creates an immediate effect.
The dried leaves are often raised to make tea, which can be drunk later. It is recommended to strain the mixture and boil kratom leaves for about 20 minutes before enjoying.
Capsules
Kratom is often sold in pre-made capsules, which are easily taken as any other pill.
Tincture / concentration
Created is sometimes sold as a titan, Kratom extract is made by dissolving it in a concentration of ethyl alcohol. Tinctures are usually much stronger than other applications, so start with just 1 drop and observe the effects before taking larger doses.
Smoking vs. Ingested
Some choose to use their smoked dried creams as their preferred ingestion, as they experience the effects more quickly than they do orally. However, smoking presents some negative side effects: it can make your lungs harder to smoke and users may feel the effects of Kratom more quickly when they smoke and become addicted. For this reason, it is not advisable to smoke or snort.
