What is Tchoukbal?
Have you heard of it, Tchoukbal? If I tell you, that a tchouk is an oblique upright frame with a tensioned net, then you almost already know. It's kind of a small square trampoline, where you have to throw the ball into. So you can score points. The “chuk” sound, what you hear, has made the tchouk ball so hot! So Tchoukbal is a bounce. They also call it chukball or chukball.


To get acquainted with handball, tchoukbal is a very fun ball game. So it is an alternative handball shape, which appeals to both young and old! The playing field is smaller and no goalkeeper is needed. There are fewer players (4-9 players per team) and there is an easy change. Also, there should be no physical contact. Actually tchoukbal is a combination of basketball, handball and volleyball together. The game is often played to introduce children to the various elements of the handball game.
