It seems I have recently been asked these questions from my clients. I mean when you look up it sounds like a very good and straightforward question that can be easily answered. Unfortunately, when it comes to weight loss and weight loss there is no easy answer, but there are ideas. Therefore, my answer to that question includes my view of personal information and other scientific evidence. Please Drum roll, answer High-Intensity Interval Training or as you have heard someone call it HIIT! Here are my reasons to believe it is the best form of exercise to lose weight.
High-Intensity Interval Training is the best way to lose weight for the following reasons:
It combines Anaerobic and Aerobic activity when done properly.
While doing HIIT exercises you burn calories during work hours but the real bang for your money is that you will be burning calories after your workout.
During your HIIT workout, your metabolic tolerance will cause you to use fat as a source of fat
Yet it is not 100% guaranteed but because HIIT requires great effort and heart people do not experience muscle loss, as is sometimes the case with weight loss.
These are some of the reasons I believe HIIT offers your best chance of losing weight. Now, it is important to note that HIIT differs from conventional Interim Training in the sense that HIIT intervals involve considerable effort, whereas regular intermediate training involves raising the heart rate but not using much effort.
Now, before you start using HIIT as a weight loss training method there are a few guidelines to consider.
First of all, it is not for beginners. Just like when you start an exercise program you want to make sure that you have been cleared by a doctor or that you do not have any dangerous substances that could cause injury or death.
The second guideline is to build slowly. Don't be a weekend hero and injure yourself. A good rule of thumb when you are ready to try out the HIIT tests is if you can work with a 70 -85% Heart Rate without your fatigue.
Third, remember the warmth and coolness. This is very important to prevent injuries and provide high performance.
Fourth, the recovery of HIIT training will usually take longer to recover. It is important to reduce your heart rate to below 70% of your MHR and this can take up to 4 minutes.
Lastly, if you feel any pain or shortness of breath stop immediately!
So, if you are looking to change your routine and you are at the exercise level you can manage HIIT so I believe HIIT is your best way to lose weight!
