What is Your Human Temperament?

A person temperament is how you behave and present yourself based on personality trait and impactful experiences.

Temperament remain constant and serves as a means to help you determine how you will react to situations. Each person has a unique brain stem that cannot change throughout their life, although the brain stem does not change does not mean people are incapable of change.

Temperament has four types which categorized by two group Introvert and extrovert. Let’s see those types based on Work,Parent,friend and emotion.

1. MELANCHOLY.

Introvert, Thinker and Pessimist. They like to have it the right way.

In Work.

•    Schedule Oriented
•    Perfectionist, highly standard.
•    Disciplined and organized.
•    Visualize problems.
•    Persistent and careful.
•    Aware of details.
•    Making creative solution.

 As a Parent.

•    Set high standard.

•    Want everything done right.
•    Always keep house neat.
•    Willingness to sacrifice for others.
•    Encourage intelligence and talents.

As a friend.

•    Careful in making friends.
•    Satisfied to stay background.
•    Away from attention.
•    Willing to listen to complaints.
•    Capable in solving others problems.
•    Loyal.
•    Easily moved by tears full with compassion.
•    So concerned toward others.


Emotion.

•    Deep and full thought.
•    Analytic.
•    Serious and diligent.
•    Talented and creative.
•    Full of awareness.
•    Self sacrificing.
•    Sensitive to others.
•    Appreciating beauty.


 2.    PHLEGMATIC.

Introvert, observer and pessimist. They like as peaceful as it can.

In Work.

•    Competent and confident.
•    Peaceful and easy to agree.
•    Administration ability.
•    Meditates problems.
•    Avoid conflicts.
•    Find an easy way.

As a parent.

•    Good parent.
•    Provide time for children.
•    Not in hurry.
•    Can take what is good from worst.
•    Not easily angry.

As a friend.

•    Easy to get along with.
•    Delightful.
•    Do not like to offend.
•    Good listener.
•    A butting sense of humor.
•    Like watching people.

Emotion.

•    Sociable and relaxed.
•    Quite and Calm.
•    Patient, well balanced.
•    Calm but smart.
•    Hides emotions.
•    Versatile.
•    Humble personality.


3.    SANGUINE.

Extrovert, talker and optimist. They like being popular.

In work.

•    Volunteer to work.
•    Think of new activities.
•    Look great on surface.
•    Creative and innovative.
•    Great energy and enthusiasm.
•    Impressing others to work.

As a Parent.

•    Makes home a delight.
•    Liked by children.
•    Change catastrophe into humor.
•    A circus leader.

As a friend.

•    Easy be friend.
•    Like to be praised.
•    Apologize quickly.
•    Hold back Boredoms.
•    Like being spontaneous.

•    Strong in memorizing color’s.
•    Joyful and great passion.
•    Full of curiosity.
•    Physically attracting audience.
•    Enthusiastic and expressive.
•    Naïve and innocent.


4.    CHOLERIC.

Extrovert, executing and optimist. They like to have it their way.

•    Well organized.
•    Find practical solution.
•    Fast acted.
•    Develop due to competition.

As a parent.

•    Provide strong leadership &  Set target.
•    Motivates families group.
•    Organizing households.
As a friend.
•    Not need much to be friend.
•    Need for work on activities.
•    Need for lead and organize.
•    Always being true.
•    Excel in emergency.

Emotion.

•    Born to be a leader.
•    Dynamic and creative.
•    Great need of change.
•    Avoid acting emotionally.
•    Not easily discouraged.
•    Free and independent.

While your underlying temperament is permanent, you can change how you behave as you get older and continue building your experience based on how you see the world. Through awareness and understanding environmental factors affect how you think and feel, you have the power to change your outlook.
