Let us see what all Amazon Prime India has to offer to some serious TV watchers.
The Raid: Redemption
This is about Special Forces team that conducts a raid in a multi-story ghetto building run by a crime boss. They take some wrong steps during the raid and get engulfed in the chaos. This is a movie with pure action and no useless CGI nonsense. If you are an action movie lover you would love this one. It has some great and realistic fight scenes, exciting and brutal stories, and great acting. This is one of the best action movies you can watch on Amazon Prime India.
Hell or High Water
Hell or High Water is written by Taylor Sheridan and directed by David Mackenzie. It is about brothers Chris Pine and Ben Foster from which one is doing everything to better himself and the other is an ex-convict who is trigger happy and their ranch is threatened by a local bank. The other great character in the movie is the Texas ranger Marcus who is about to retire but is bent on solving this case. The movie has great cinematography and original music. It will take you on a journey of two brothers and how they cope with their situations in this thrilling movie.
The Florida Project
You don’t find movies like this one often. This is an incredible and delicate movie that is about three children from poor families living in subpar motels. The movie shows you their lives, struggles, and friendship with honesty and aesthetics. The movie captures their innocence and you have to watch it to feel the money the best.
Captain Fantastic
This is a great movie about former activist Ben Cash (Viggo Mortensen) and his wife Leslie who leave the modern society and start to live in the wild with their six children. They teach the kids to kill eat and survive naturally. They celebrate Noam Chomsky’s birthday instead of Christmas and one day the mother dies as she was visiting her parents. The father and the kids decide to fulfill her last wish and not let her body be buried and rest you’ll have to watch. The movie is emotionally raw and thought-provoking. It is a wonderful movie to watch with family and have a good time with.
Hachi: A Dog’s Tale
A college professor (Richard Gere) provides a home for the abandoned Akita he encountered at the train station, against the wishes of his wife (Joan Allen). As a bond develops between dog and master and tragedy suddenly strikes the family, a true act of devotion is displayed by the pup. Based on a supposedly true story that played out in Japan in the early 20th century, Lasse Hallstrom's Hachi finds beauty in its simplicity without being overly cloying and gets an empathetic, frankly really strong performance from Gere.
