What was your most memorable first-time experience?

What a question, huh? I want you to go back in the past and pinpoint the first time you did something that you still remember and appreciate to this day. I'm not only talking about the obvious first time experiences... but I'm talking about all the moments that you have experienced that kept repeating themselves the older you got, but the first time was always the most memorable one.

For example, take a look at my most memorable first-times:

The first time I moved. That was when I was 17 years old and moved to The Netherlands to study. Now I'm still living here and I'm not planning to go back to my home country ever again. I love the freedom, stability and opportunities I have here.
The first time I got a job. it was delivering newspaper. Even though people may think that thats nothing, I think it's the most I've achieved back then, as I was very shy and introverted person.
The first time I got rejected for a job. Next to getting a job, I also got rejected for one. It hurted very much, but I had to get it fast out of my system and not take it personal as the company has all the right to choose what's best for them, just like I can do that.
The first time I played a video game. That's when I realised that I wanted to become a game developer very bad. I still have not managed to put my first game up for sale, i am working on it though. But soon I am planning to start developing games full-time, as that is my dream job!

I got my own room in the theatre with a mirror with those lights so cool that and then the applause and flowers.. Very impressive to have experienced. Also a reminder is my first time I was able to make up people at a big 80's party in the IJsselhallen in Zwolle.. My first time I made a model for a photo shoot in a photo studio. My first time hitting a wood board in half.. My first time with my skateboard as a 13-year-old girl by train to Rotterdam and then skateboarding on a halfpipe.. See my first time big dinosaurs in Leiden museum with movement and sound. That was the first time they were brought to the Netherlands.. Very big and impressive to see. My first time riding my retro scooter and feeling really cool haha. My first time mom become very special feeling and experience.
