I am such a foodie, but my ALLLLLLL TIME fave is Saoto, a spicy chicken soup from Javanese cuisine. Made from fresh herbs and served with fluffy chicken, boiled egg, tauge, fried potato, vermicelli, garlic and onions. Possibly with white rice.

Advance:
- Chinese vermicelli fry in oil (can also put the vermicelli in the soup but I like baking better);
- Baking onions or buy fried onions ready;
- Make potato chipies or buy ready-made (French fries, super sticks)
- Fry and cook chicken and then fry again (modern version, chicken breast in airfryer dry and cooked and then fluff)
- Remove and blanch Beauge cups
- Make salty pepper soy sauce (cut onions and peppers and put in soy sauce)
- Cooking rice
- Cooking and peeling eggs

Soup:
Make broth: Laos piece, Sereh stems, salam leaf, whole onion, allspice balls and celery. Let
it as long as possible in the soup.

Serve:
Rice, chicken, bean sprouts, vermicelli, potato sticks, egg, fried onions pour in your soup bowl. Hot broth on top scoop to your liking add salty soy sauce
