If you have not been standing for long, the body tends to hold a lot of water on the lower part of the body. The pressure exerted by the baby also causes stress and makes your legs swell. It is always essential to seek medical attention should you develop blood clots and abnormal warmth in your feet.

•    Congestion
The body produces many estrogens during pregnancy, which makes more blood flow, making the nasal passages swell and produce mucus, which causes congestion in your nose—taking the proper medication to prevent more congestion and block off the condition from your nose.

•    Dizziness
Several hormones are produced in the body; this causes your blood vessels to open up more than they should. With this doing, blood flow is made effective to the baby, the mother and vice versa.

•    Weight gain
There is a lot of fluid held in the body when pregnant; the baby's weight also increases weight.

There are different types of skin changes during pregnancy, and you can experience rough skin and acne and still experience smooth and youthful skin.

2.    Body changes
