The starting signal that made life possible is still an unanswered question for science. But in many labs, these researchers are carrying out all kinds of possible experiments to find out.

It is impossible whether the origin of life occurred as a result of an accidental combination of different chemicals that were present in the water and the reactions that caused them to occur.

Using experiments in their lab, scientists at Rutgers University have discovered a substance that was created spontaneously by combining a range of amino acids, nickel and nitrogen.

They added nickel and nitrogen to the amino acids because they knew that these substances were abundant in the water at that time.

When they had put that together neatly in their experiment flask, they were surprised to see that, with all kinds of reactions, this mixture resulted in a protein.

A super discovery. Because if they also find this simple substance on other planets, they now know that it is an important signal that this planet is about to develop β€œlife”. It gives scientists an important starting point in detecting alien life.
