Who seeks to discourage us

They have noticed that there are people who want things to go well but not better than them, and when that happens they have a somewhat puzzling attitude and ways of behaving just in order to take away your spirits and desire, they just want to break your illusions or projects.

Friendships, family, close people appear with phrases like “I think that trip seems unnecessary”, “it's better to focus on something else”, “I look very happy but you should not do it”, “I don't see the future of what you do”.

Just like these there are many impertinent phrases that are just shackles they want to place because they need to discourage you.

Sometimes those comments are made knowing or not that they hurt us, but the important thing is to know how to handle them.

Notice that if a person is respectful, empathic and psychologically matured, he would never seek to finish the spirits of others, perhaps give a constructive opinion or criticism but will never seek to demotivate or humiliate.

Those people who try to impose themselves believe themselves superior only in order to destroy our progress and even our happiness, we can not have more than they can only be at their level or lower.

Who wants to discourage us what he really does is despise us because he doesn't like what we do, what we like, or what we are.

What can we do?
Let's not pay more attention to your unhealthy comments.

Pushing these types of people away from our environment.

Don't give importance to those who are looking to bring darkness when you're shining.

Surround yourself with people who motivate you to grow and overcome yourself, who are happy with your achievements and progress, who when you need a hand are there to lay it.
