A lot of things are being called nowadays that could cause cancer. This has been the case for years. In this article I want to talk about skin aging and so I don't go too much into the disease cancer. After saying that, I would like to tell you what you could do against skin aging, what causes it and of course causes the sun a love-hate relationship!


Vitamin D

A known thing is, of course, Vitamin D. Your body makes this when you are in the sun. Depending on your skin type, you can choose whether or not to lubricate yourself with a sun factor. - Why? - Why? Because it is important for the absorption of Vitamin D to have no protection for 15 to 30 minutes. A solar factor blocks this as they were. If you have a very light skin and therefore burn very quickly, it is recommended to take a Vitamin D supplement. In principle, this is already partially solving the love-hate relationship.
