Why you don't succeed in making good intentions come true.
Traditionally, the New Year is the time to make good intentions. More exercise, meditate, eat less, less at the computer, more attention to family and friends, complete your list yourself.
And after a month, we already find out that one or the other did not work out again. Disappointment everywhere and above all again in yourself, and all the reason for that inner voice to say of you see, you can't do it, you can't, you're not good enough and the rest of the range.
