#HERFST 😍 The Wilhelminapark is the oldest #park of Meppel and is close to the station. It was designed in 1914 by the well-known garden and landscape architect Leonard Springer, after a committee of Meppeler recalls the desirability of a city walking park on the banks of the river Reest on the #stadsbestuur made it clear. The former riparian countries, which often flooded, should be increased for the benefit of this park.
