Winter bloomers are already being joined by spring bloomers!
There is nothing special about the fact that the hamamelis now looks at its best. This is a winter bloomer.
It is also nice to bring some color to my own garden, especially in the evening sun.
The viburnum, also known as a snowball, also starts flowering in winter. He will continue with this for a while in the spring.

Unfortunately, I have already lost a few plants in this way. Warm days where the plants will sproute/bloom too early and then the frost will fall again. Only strong plants are left.

@aatje well, the tree itself won't suffer. These blossoms are just not going to care for plums.

That plum tree just needs to go to sleep.! That's not going well yet.

@ellesvandenbroek I told him too, but he's quite stubborn.

I've seen your photos on the big screen. They are super pretty

Nature is upset.

@Bumblebea Yes, the seasons seem to be gradually overlapping.

beautiful photos 😍

I so hope that the frost does not cause too much damage. Just let the magnolia wait a little while.

@marijke I paid special attention to it now, because I'm passing by a few gardens with magnolias in them. They really already have big buttons.

@enigma
would be such a shame as freezing them.
