Obesity. in many people's eyes it's easy to explain:

When someone takes in more calories than necessary, they gain weight. So, when you eat too much and unhealthily while barely moving, you get fat. Moreover, you are also lazy and have no motivation to do anything about your obesity.

That's pretty much how a lot of people think about me and many others who are obese.

However, the real explanation is not that simple, and it involves much more than weight.Losing weight isn't just a matter of eating less and exercising more.
