Healthy chicken pita for 2
250 gram chicken breast in strips
Teaspoon of paprika powder
Olive oil/ extra virgin
150 ml greek yoghurt
2 cloves of garlic
Italian herbs
Vine tomatoes
Paprika
Cucumber
4 spelt or regular pita rolls
Mixed salad
Sprinkle the chicken breast with paprika powder, salt and pepper
Heat the oil and fry the bell pepper and chicken breast for 4 to 5 minutes
Mix the yoghurt with garlic and Italian herbs and season it to the right taste with salt and pepper
Cut the tomatoes into cubes and mix them with cucumber cubes
Roast the pita rolls and cut them open into envelopes Spread some lettuce over the sandwiches.
Then add the chicken strips
Then add the cucumber vine tomato mix onto the chicken strips as needed
And finally, pour the delicious garlic yoghurt sauce over it
