In addition to all the art&crafts projects I’m developing, I’m also working on my second novel. I'm especially proud of this piece. (The illustration is royalty-free from the internet) Let me know what you think.
(..) Having taken his place under the table, Redmond was the main beneficiary of his master's lack of appetite. No disrespect meant towards Monsieur Alphonse; he was aware and did not mind that the little Spaniel got his regular share. Today Redmond had the opportunity to taste the chef’s exceptional preparations. The trout was acceptable, even interesting, yet perhaps he would not have eaten had it not been offered by much loved hands. But the braised beef that came next was his clear favourite and he made sure not to waste any bit of it, down to the sauce coating the fingers that delivered it. #140w #writingchallenge
