Yoga with Adriene - 30 Days of Yoga, day 1

Day 1: Ease Into It (35 minutes)

I should’ve known. Everytime Adriene labels anything as ‘easy’, ‘cozy’, or ‘yummy’ I’m struggling :D That’s the joy of rrrrrreal tight hips for ya :D But I know that I’m a rare breed so I’m sure you will love this one (as did I after the initial hip openers).

This 35 minute practice starts out with some (brutal) hip openers, then a heavenly freestyle cat-cow interlude, cobras, doggos (up and down), lunges and some lovely supine twists to close.

Wobble-forecast: she really eases us into it! Not too bad at all <3

There was a child’s pose in here as well during which Adriene posed the question what made us commit to the 30 day challenge. I would like to pose that same question here. Please share if you feel comfortable to.
My reason for this voyage is self-care, finally keeping promises I make to myself and for my mental health <3
