You are going to sign up and not register for the SNI

All people who wish to study at the university level in Venezuela must register in the National Entrance System, a requirement required by the Office of Planning of the University Sector OPSU, if you are going to register, do not worry this process is active on its official website throughout the year.

Look there for the National System of Ingraso option and provide the information you request, remember to have the certified notes on hand from 1st to 4th year.
At the end of providing the data print your certificate of participation and you're done.

My son had the brilliant idea of not taking the opsu test when he was in high school. And then it was a process to go and present it wait to open the page to make the appointment and go to certify. To get the requirement and enter a university.
