I haven't dared into spinning yet, but I'm into fitness. And also stopped when my fitness buddy was pregnant. Still only restarted and held on for quite a while, too. But once you start skipping.

yes hey then you're not going to go at all very soon. I did aerobics and callanetics for years, which was really fun and I only did that, well, went there alone. It was close to home but it was no longer possible in that building and they went to the other side of Amersfoort and then I stopped.

well, in itself, it washes quite nice, but it was not easy. A real battle of attrition. 6 months done then daughter-in-law received the same complaints. But yes, you can talk about it.
