It is by no means difficult to take more account of our planet, yet through our education and actions in this materialistic society we have grown into large, very large polluters. Surely you've heard of the exhaustion of raw materials and the plastic soup, right?

That's why this little refresher...

Here we go...

REFUSE... refuse anything you don't need, packaging is certainly a part of it... but also disposable goods and utensils that you know will break in no time and thus end up on the waste heap.

REDUCE... narrow down your personal garbage heap... So think carefully about a new purchase... Do you really need it?

REUSE... Use things again... this can be done by buying second-hand but also by giving it a new destination... How about, for example, giving your old soup bowls a new destination as plant pots or the drawers of your old cupboard can still be hip as wall shelves...

We recyclen wat we kunnen en scheiden ons afval braaf. Goed bezig mevrouw Stip!
Op het laatste na doe ik alles zoveel mogelijk. Het groente fruit en tuinafval word opgehaald voor op een grote composthoop (voor zover ik weet) maar doe ik dus zelf verder niets aan. Al probeer ik zo min mogelijk te verspillen.
