Courgette jam

Wonderfully fresh

Ingredients:

125 liters of cooked zucchini puree

2 lemons; grate the zest of both and squeeze out the juice of both.

2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger

2 tablespoons freshly grated turmeric (turmeric or koenjit)

Special recipe. I didn't know you could make jam out of zucchini. I'm definitely going to make this. Thanks for the recipe

Never heard of it. I'd like to taste that before I made it. It seems to me that it can be done through salad.
@Ingrid Tips en meer Come and taste it 🙂. Zucchini takes on the flavors you add to it, so this is a citrus-like flavor.
No, this doesn't seem so nice and personal to me. Can I imagine it's a fresh taste.
@ellesvandenbroek If you like citrus, you like this. Zucchini does not have a strong taste of its own, but it easily absorbs the flavors you add.
