Zucchini tomato casserole with feta
Ingredients:
1 zucchini
4 tomatoes
half a can of tomato cubes
2 ounces feta cheese
provencal herbs
parsley
pepper, salt
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and grease a casserole with some olive oil. Slice the zucchini and tomatoes into thin slices and place them in the baking dish.
Spread the cubes of tomatoes. Sprinkle the herbs and crumble the feta cheese over it.
Put the baking dish in the oven for 20 minutes.
Eat appetizing!
