• 1tza of Pre-cooked Corn Flour For Arepas
• 1Tza Of Water
• 100 gde Paper Or Panela
• 200 GGgrated Llanero White Cheese
• 1cdite. From Sal
• 1cadita. Anis Seeds
• 1tza Vegetable Oil For Frying
Preparation
1. In a bowl, mix all the weightless except for the oil cup.
2. When they are already perfectly attached, take a small portion and stretch it with your hand making tubes or rolls with the help of a countertop or board.
3. Then join the two ends, as seen in picture 3.
4. Place the oil in a frying pan or pot, the one you prefer to fry and heat them over medium heat. when this hot fry the mandocas until they are golden
Note
1. If you do not have or do not get paper you can replace it with brown sugar or moscabada.
2. To make the dough softer, you could replace the water with milk.
3. To serve, you can grate cheese aside, or place it in pieces to accompany
