We are 10!!! Don't you want me to tell you how much that costs? But actually I'm going to do that, because it's really an incredible amount of money that I save by doing it myself. I color and cut my hair every 5 to 6 weeks, this costs me at a hairdresser at 100€ and then I really haven't been to the most expensive. I paid for it once and I decided not to do this again. #Besparing # of as much as 800€ per year. I can buy a decent hair scissors with that and this one will last for years. In the hairdressing shop where I go there are regular actions such as 3 tubes of hair coloring buy 2 free. I'll have a stash for a year. I pay less than 30€ for an annual supply. Watch some videos on youtube, this is really not Latin and the saving is a real motivation to master it.
My husband and three boys like to have their hair short so they would also have to go to the hairdresser about eight times a year. A good clipper is a real investment that I already earned back after 1 haircut of my boys. 4 times 20€ is 80€ and this time 8 is equal to 640€, unbelievable!
The 5 girls have long hair and only want the dots cut. But still 5 times 20€ and this three times a year is still 300€.
So I would have lost around 1500€ every year to the hairdresser. Is this enough motivation to learn it yourself? Well, for me, sure. I started with this when the kids were still very small so I grew with it too.
