3 times shipping duty?
As I write this I sit at a glass of orange juice while hubby sips his latte machiatto. We (better said me) are dubbing whether we are trying again to book the holiday to Zakynthos for the 3rd time. Yes, in the past 2 years, our vacation to this nice island has also been canceled twice due to Corona.
Biting my pink pen (well my famous yellow Jumbo pen I didn't have at hand) I'm thinking whether we would be wise at all to go on vacation now with the aftermath of Aunt Corona. Meanwhile, hubby gets up and grabs his keychain with car key and says hi to go to work.
I feel naughty and suddenly decide that we are going to take the gamble anyway and book the vacation. Hubby does have a few demands that he passes on via the app. For example, that he would like to fly via an airport other than Schiphol.
So said and done like that!
Despite the doubt whether the holiday will continue and will not be cancelled again, I am packing all my bags in mind. I am able to throw the clothes in the suitcase complete with clothes hangers instead of folding it neatly so that I will have enough space for everything that needs to be able to go in. Otherwise, on vacation on that beautiful island, I stroll across a market to buy some new clothes again.
But this time I want to keep the vacation plans a secret from everyone, a few know. And now you too!
Of course, we bring a USB stick and phone so that we can keep everyone informed via Social Media. Because I like that way too much to do.
